I am very excited for McMillin's second Colonial Day. Colonial day will be on Friday, December 12th, 2014. The purpose of Colonial Day is to simulate what life was like in the colonial period. We do treat this like an on-site fieldtrip.
In order to make this Colonial Day the best, we will need support from home. We will need 12-15 parent volunteers on this day to help with the preparation, rotations, and clean-up. If you would like to volunteer, please note that we will need you to arrive at school at 7:45 am and to stay until 1:30 pm.
We are also asking for a $2 donation from every student to cover the costs of the materials. Please turn it into your homeroom teacher by Friday, November 21st.
